Las Vegas, Nevada · AI systems for owner-run businesses
You grow.
We'll run the rest.
Techtician AI builds custom AI systems for owner-operated service businesses — designed around how your business actually runs, and powered by specialists with deep expertise across every business function, working together as one coordinated workforce. Based in Las Vegas, working across Nevada, and with select clients nationwide.
The specialists
Specialists, custom built to fill the gaps
Every business has places where work falls through — the inquiry nobody answered, the invoice raised a week late, the slot left empty. Each specialist is built for one of them.

02
Customer Communication
Answers, follows up and keeps the thread warm — in the business's own voice.

03
Invoicing & Payments
Raises the invoice when the work is done and chases it when it is not paid.

04
Marketing & Content
Keeps the business visible between jobs, without becoming a second job.

How we build
Our rules for building
Four of them. Every system we build follows all four, and you can hold us to each one.
Deep specialists, one workforce
Each goes deep in one function rather than thin across all of them, because depth is what can be tested and corrected. Together they cover the operation and pass work between them.
You keep your tools
Your calendar, inbox and books stay where they are. The system works inside them rather than asking the business to move.
Consequences come to you
Anything with a cost, a commitment or a customer-facing risk is checked with you before it goes out. Everything else is logged and reversible.
Standards evolve with your business
As your services, priorities, and policies change, each specialist is updated to remain aligned—without rebuilding the system or interrupting the operation.
Who it is for
Owner-run businesses where the owner is still doing the admin
The admin looks different in every trade, but it fails in the same place. These are the shapes it usually takes.

Studios & Salons
Repeat bookings, a rhythm to keep, and a chair that only earns when it is full.

Trades
Electricians, plumbers, builders — where the office hours happen after the working day.

Clinics & Practices
Where a missed appointment is a lost hour that cannot be resold.

Agencies & Studios
Small teams where the delivery work and the running of the business share one person.

Local Retail & Services
Where being findable and answerable is most of the marketing budget.

How it works
Your operation, built into an AI workforce.
No migration, no rebuild, no six-month program before anything works.
- 01
Map how the business actually runs
Not how it is supposed to run. We follow the real path a job takes from first contact to paid, including the parts held together by the owner remembering to do them.
- 02
Pick the one job worth doing first
The specialist that removes the most repeated work for the least disruption goes in first. One job, narrow on purpose, because one job can be tested.
- 03
Build it into the tools you already have
Your calendar, your inbox, your books. The system works inside them. Nothing is migrated, and you keep working the way you already work while it is built.
- 04
It works. Then it scales.
Every specialist must pass defined tests for accuracy, decision boundaries, handoffs, and recovery before deployment. It enters live operations within standards you approve, with every action logged and reversible. We expand only after it meets the agreed performance standard.

Questions
The things people ask first
What is Techtician AI?
Techtician AI is an AI automation company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We build custom AI systems for owner-run businesses — we look at how yours actually works, then build a system around it from specialists that each handle one job.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. A system finishes the job — the booking moved, the invoice raised, the post out — inside the tools you already use.
Who is it for?
Owner-run businesses where the owner is still doing the admin. Trades, clinics, studios, salons, agencies, local retail. Most of them are in Las Vegas or elsewhere in Nevada.
Where is Techtician AI based?
Las Vegas, Nevada. We work with small businesses across the Las Vegas valley and the rest of Nevada, and we take a small number of clients elsewhere in the United States, onboarded remotely.
Do you only work with Las Vegas businesses?
No. Las Vegas and Nevada are where most of our work is and where we can turn up in person, but we take select clients anywhere in the US when the fit is right. Everything we build works the same remotely.
Do you meet in person?
In and around Las Vegas, usually yes — sitting at the counter and watching how a job actually moves is the fastest way to understand a business. Further out we do the same over a call and a screen share.
What is an AI specialist?
One piece of a system, custom built to fill a single gap — the inquiry nobody answered, the invoice raised late, the slot left empty. Narrow on purpose: one job can be tested, measured and corrected. Everything at once can only be hoped at.
How does Techtician AI stay aligned with my business?
Your standards define how every specialist operates. As your services, priorities, or policies change, those standards are updated so the workforce remains aligned. Every action is logged and reviewable, while important decisions remain with you.
Does it replace my current tools?
No. You keep your calendar, inbox and books. The system works inside them.
What does it cost?
Priced once the work is clear, not sold as a tier. You will never see a figure here that has not been agreed with you first.
